Tonecraft Audio builds world class audio equipment for the stage and studio.  Our mission is to create equipment of great value that you will use on every session and at every gig.   Inspiring better musical performance is the first design goal and products like our flagship Tonecraft 363 Tube DI have quickly become the "player's player" choice for this very reason.

About Jon Erickson

Jon Erickson is a bass player, producer and electrical engineer who came to worldwide renown through his design of the A-Designs Pacifica Mic Pre which has become one of the top selling and most widely used mic pres of the modern era.  He was also instrumental in the reinvigoration of the 500 series and created the first Pultec style EQ in a 500 format, the EM-PEQ.   Jon had previously designed for ADK Custom Shop creating the AES PAR Excellence Award winning AP--1 Mic Pre and was instrumental in the development and release of the revolutionary Roll Music FOLCROM Summing buss.    Jon has also produced albums for Bart Davenport, DJ Greyboy, The Preston School of Industry and The Moore Brothers.  Jon is an active bassist currently playing with Dave Gleason and AJ Croce.
